Nourishing Families Foundation Class:
Nourishing Families Foundation classes are offered once a month at my home, in my kitchen. During these classes we discuss and learn about an important principle of nutrition. After learning about the principle we create and enjoy a meal together implementing the principle taught.

Gourmet Date Night

Come spend an evening with us preparing and enjoying a meal, as we share ways to nourish our bodies. . . and our relationships!

Time: 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Place: The Duggar's Kitchen
Cost: $40 per couple
